What is fixed and what may change
All dates follow from the Law on Holidays, Memorial Days and Non-Working Days (NN 110/19, 72/25). Easter follows the Western calendar: 28 March in 2027. Corpus Christi is 60 days after Easter: 27 May.
Croatia does not move holidays that fall on a weekend. The law says a holiday on a Sunday is not carried over to the next day. In 2027, 1 May, 30 May, 15 August, 25 and 26 December fall on a weekend.
Members of some faiths have extra days off. Muslims get one day of their choice for Ramadan Bayram and one for Kurban Bayram. Jews get one day of their choice for Rosh Hashanah and one for Yom Kippur. These are not fixed dates, so they are not listed above.
