Implementing TIMEOFF.GURU

We started our digital journey together in 2023 when the administrative director of the Bulgarian branch Veselka Kerekova contacted us. As the company is already digitalized in many professional spheres, they wanted to implement an electronic software that will digitalize the internal HR processes.

We are glad to share that Intelliway Services use not only our platform for absence management TIMEOFF.GURU but also our HR software PROFILE.GURU as well as our electonic signing platform DigiSign.

Before TIMEOFF.GURU

Since the pandemic of Covid 19, the company has been working remotely. Leave requests were sent via email and added into the internal accounting system.

Still the employees had to sign and send them on paper. They also had to inform their colleagues and management about the absence. Accounting often had to provide reports on used leave.

In general, leave management was bulky and laborious with all the paper work and the manual actions in the accounting system.

After TIMEOFF.GURU

Now every employee can request a leave in the system with a few clicks. Everyone has a profile in the system and can be informed about the status of the leave taken at any time.

The platform automatically notifies colleagues in the same department as well as the accounting team and human resources. One of the biggest perks is that TIMEOFF.GURU is directly integrated with Intelliway’s accounting software.
