bTV selected TIMEOFF.GURU to optimize the leave management process in the company
bTV is the first Bulgarian private television with national coverage. 16 years after the launch in 2000 the company has around 500 employees.
At the end of 2016 the media started a pilot project with TIMEOFF.GURU. After the positive feedback, bTV decided to implement the solution for the whole organization.
After the official start of the system, the average leave request approval time is several minutes. The leave-related data for the salaries is generated automatically and all levels in the organization use the group calendar.
Sometimes I am caught by surprise when somebody from my team is absent - is she sick, is she late, or is she on a vacation? Before we used paper and I had zero visibility over the team’s availability. Thanks to TIMEOFF.GURU I can now see everything in real-time.
